you & miles had been friends since diapers. literally. your parents were close friends so ofcourse you guys grew to be bestfriends, since you were around eachother alot.

your parents trusted him & his trusted you. you guys told eachother everything & would hang out almost everyday. but that all changed sophmore year.

miles made new friends & ofcourse you were happy for him. he'd only had like 5 friends max throughout his life, including you.

"miles! hi, you wanna hang out tonig-" you were quickly cut off by miles' girlfriend. - "were busy, arent we miles? tell her." she spoke with a twinge of sass in her voice.

"yea.. sorry y/n - maybe next week?" those words cut through your heart. for the 100th time.

it was the 6th time he was 'busy' , and blew you off. but you couldnt be mad.. atleast he was nice about it..

"it's ok miles, have fun." you nodded with a smile anyone could see through. before walking past them. this would continue for weeks, months even.

always "im busy," - "we're busy" , "maybe next time?.."

but the truth was, there was no next time. you'd lost your bestfriend.

You should be able to rot in bed for 2, maybe 3 hours after waking up before it starts affecting what time it is. If I wake up at 8:30 and lie in bed for 2hr it should still be 8:30 when I get up
